Since that date Rabbi Dishon has devoted himself to his work. In addition to his numerous obligations in NY he gives himself up to supporting the Yad Yisroel institutions.

Embodying a vast knowledge and experience in working in the FSU, Rabbi Shteireman oversees and assists all of Yad Yisroel's projects. Yad Yisroel has grown immensely under Rabbi Shteireman’s influence, concern and expertise.

Rabbi FhimaRabbi Fhima arrived in Pinsk in 2000. Since then he has worked tirelessly build and improve not only Pinsk but the entire network of Jewish communities in Belarus. With his warm nature, sense of humour and genuine love for all Jews, Rabbi Fhima has changed the face of Belarussian Jewry.

Rabbi Fhima devoted himself to setting up the Beis Aharon School and Orphanage. For the hundreds of children who have passed through the school Rabbi and Mrs Fhima are the role models which these children emulate.
